My primary focus is your pet's well-being. I do not believe in requiring our four-legged friends to succumb to forcefulness. I prefer to work in an environment of cooperation. To that end, I groom pets at their pace, not my need to be punctual to my next appointment. This way, I take my time, enjoy their company and use minimal restraints, and pets are usually happy to see me the next time I come to visit. They look good, they feel better, and we both enjoy the experience.
